Coastal Property Styling Project

This project involved preparing a coastal property in Portugal for use as a bed & breakfast, located just moments from the sea. The goal was to create a fresh, welcoming environment that would appeal to short-term guests while maximising the property’s booking potential.

Although the property was already functional, it lacked a cohesive identity and the visual appeal expected in today’s competitive holiday rental market.

We focused on enhancing the existing space without major renovations or unnecessary investment. By working with much of the furniture already in place, we introduced a lighter, more neutral palette, improved layout flow, and added carefully selected styling details to create a consistent and inviting atmosphere throughout.

The result is a cohesive, market-ready property that feels fresh, welcoming, and easy to connect with, helping it stand out in listings and attract more bookings, all achieved through thoughtful, cost-effective styling.
