Report

The report is a detailed document that presents all the recommendations from the Home Staging consultation. It organises the observations made during the property visit into clear, practical guidance, enabling the owner to implement improvements that enhance the property’s appeal and value.

Key strengths and weaknesses of the property
Room-by-room analysis (entrance, living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, balconies/outdoor areas)
List of practical recommendations and priorities
Task list for implementation (Includes shopping list suggestions)
Suggestions for staging and color schemes

Tips to simplify execution and improve results
